Fall Bay, Gower Peninsula

Fall Bay is one of the most remote and spectacular beaches on the Gower Peninsula, located near Rhossili on the south-west coast. Surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and rugged scenery, it is one of the best hidden beaches in South Wales for experienced walkers and adventure seekers.

Accessible only via a challenging coastal walk and steep descent, Fall Bay offers true seclusion, with visitors often having the beach to themselves.

Exploring the Beach

At low tide, golden sand, rock pools and fascinating rock formations are revealed, making it ideal for exploring, photography and wildlife spotting. The bay is also popular for fishing, coastal walking and climbing, with caves and dramatic cliffs adding to its appeal.
